Camp Iwilligoway Curriculum CD-ROM
BEFORE YOU START
Welcome to the Promiseland Camp Iwilligoway Curriculum on CD-ROM!
Everything you need to implement the curriculum has been
provided for you on CD.
All the Large Group and Team Time lessons, lesson overviews,
and training materials for the Director are on CD, and are
downloadable and reproducible.
Promotional clip art and video training tips are also provided.
The Camp Iwilligoway Curriculum package includes:
Five identical Curriculum CD-ROMs for distribution
to the
Director, Administrator, Large Group Teacher, and (2) Team Time Leaders.
(Refer to the package card for system requirements for the CD-ROM.)
One Audio CD for distribution to the Large Group Teacher.
CD sleeves for easy distribution of the CDs. Software Requirements
To access the Internet links within the program, you will need an Internet browser
with a live Internet connection.
(either Internet Explorer 4.0 or above, or Netscape Navigator 4.7 or above)
If you do not have a live Internet connection when you click on
an Internet link you will not be connected.
System Requirements
* PC: Pentium 266 MHz processor and Microsoft Windows 95 or 98
* Mac: PowerMac 233 MHz processor or later and MacOS 8.1 or later
(includes all iMacs and iBooks)
* 32 MB RAM
* 4x CD-ROM drive
* 16-bit SVGA with 2 MB VRAM
* 800 x 600 resolution or higher
* Modem for Web site access and email
* Internet Browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) version 4.0 and above
Frequently Asked Questions
I put the CD-ROM in the drive but nothing
happened. What do I do?
Solution: Navigate to your CD-ROM drive and double-click
on the CampIwilligoway.htm file. This will automatically open your web browser
to the Camp Iwilligoway electronic curriculum.
On a Macintosh computer I received an error
message right after clicking the Start icon. A message appeared telling me to
install an application. and to click the View Plug-in button.
Solution: You do not have the Flash plug in installed, or the one you have installed
is out of date. Please navigate to the Installer directory on the CD-ROM, choose
the operating system you are using, and double-click on the Flash icon. Follow
the on-screen instructions.
I clicked on a PDF link and I received the
following message: "Internet Explorer doesn't know how to handle the type of
file you have selected. You can choose to save this file to your disk or you
can configure a Helper Application for this file. MIME Type: application/pdf
File Name: team_time01.pdf"
Solution: You need to install Acrobat Reader.
Navigate to the installer directory, choose the operating system you are using,
and double-click the acrobat reader installer icon. Follow the on-screen instructions.
My web browser opens but I get a blank screen,
or I get a message saying I don't have the Flash plug-in.
Solution: You may need to install the Flash plug-in.
First, go to the Installer directory on your CD-ROM and navigate to the Flash
directory. Choose Macintosh or Windows (whichever operating system you are using),
double-click the software installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
I can't get the video and audio to work properly
on my computer.
Solution: Your media player may need to be updated.
